  • 4 large Tomatoes sliced
  • 1 small Red Onion thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1 handful Fresh Basil chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced tomatoes and red onion.
  2. 2. Drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar.
  3. 3. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  4. 4. Toss gently to combine.
  5. 5. Garnish with chopped fresh basil before serving.
