- 2 Tomatoes, diced
- 2 Peaches, diced
- 1 Avocado, diced
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 1 Baguette, sliced and toasted
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, peaches, and avocado.
2. Add the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and minced garlic. Mix gently.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Spoon the mixture onto the toasted baguette slices.
