  • 1 cup Diced Mango
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste
  • 8 slices Baguette toasted

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine diced tomatoes, diced mango, minced garlic, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar.

  3. 3. Toast the baguette slices until golden brown.
