- 2 cups Diced Tomatoes
- 1 cup Diced Mango
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste
- 8 slices Baguette toasted
1. In a mixing bowl, combine diced tomatoes, diced mango, minced garlic, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar.
2. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Mix well.
3. Toast the baguette slices until golden brown.
4. Top each toasted baguette slice with the tomato-mango mixture.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
