Galette Ingredients
- 1 sheet Puff pastry thawed if frozen
- 3 medium Tomatoes sliced
- 1 cup Ricotta cheese
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Fresh basil chopped
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Roll out the puff pastry on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Spread ricotta cheese evenly over the pastry, leaving a 1-inch border.
Arrange tomato slices on top of the ricotta.
Drizzle olive oil over the tomatoes and season with salt and pepper.
Fold the edges of the pastry over the filling, pleating as you go.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, until the crust is golden and the tomatoes are tender.
Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
