- 4 slices Bread preferably sourdough
- 2 cups Cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 cup Feta cheese crumbled
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
1. Toast the bread slices until golden and crispy.
2. In a bowl, mix the halved cherry tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
3. Top each toast with the tomato mixture and crumbled feta cheese.
4. Drizzle honey over the toasts and serve immediately.
