Main Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchini spiralized into noodles
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- ¼ cup fresh basil chopped
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- to taste salt and pepper
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Add cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to soften, about 3-4 minutes.
4. Add the spiralized zucchini noodles and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until they are tender but still firm.
5. Stir in chopped basil, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve immediately.
