Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchini spiralized into noodles
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • ¼ cup fresh basil chopped
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. 3. Add cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to soften, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the spiralized zucchini noodles and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until they are tender but still firm.
  5. 5. Stir in chopped basil, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Serve immediately.
