  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 pre-made pie crust

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the pie crust in a pie dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread the tomatoes, basil, and cheese evenly in the pie crust.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables and cheese.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until the quiche is set and golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
