Tomato Basil Pasta Bake Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 300 g Pasta any type
- 400 g Tomato Sauce
- 200 g Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 100 g Mozzarella Cheese shredded
- 1 bunch Fresh Basil chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
3. In a saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
4. Add the tomato sauce to the saucepan and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, tomato sauce, cherry tomatoes, and half of the chopped basil.
6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
8. Garnish with the remaining fresh basil before serving.
