Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet. Sprinkle the basil and Parmesan cheese on top.
  5. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the frittata is set and golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
