Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Pour the egg mixture into the skillet. Sprinkle the basil and Parmesan cheese on top.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the frittata is set and golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
