Ingredients

  • 1 sheet Pie Crust pre-made or homemade
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • ½ cup Basil chopped
  • 1 cup Cheese grated (e.g., Gruyere or Cheddar)
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the pie crust in a pie dish and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread the cherry tomatoes, basil, and cheese evenly over the pie crust.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the ingredients in the pie crust.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown on top.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
