Instructions
1. In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
2. Add lemongrass, galangal, and kaffir lime leaves. Simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Add garlic, fish sauce, lime juice, and Thai chili paste. Stir well.
4. Add shrimp, mushrooms, and cherry tomatoes. Cook until shrimp is done, about 3-4 minutes.
5. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
