Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 block Tofu firm, drained and cubed
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger minced
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers sliced
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Carrots sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 cup Green Onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat sesame oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. 3. Add tofu and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Add bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
  5. 5. Pour in soy sauce and cornstarch mixture. Cook until sauce thickens.
  6. 6. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
