Tofu Stir-Fry Recipe
A quick and easy tofu stir-fry that's perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Main Ingredients
- 1 block Tofu firm, drained and cubed
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 inch Ginger minced
- 1 cup Bell Peppers sliced
- 1 cup Broccoli florets
- 1 cup Carrots sliced
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
- 1 cup Green Onions chopped
1. Heat sesame oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
3. Add tofu and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
4. Add bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
5. Pour in soy sauce and cornstarch mixture. Cook until sauce thickens.
6. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
