Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Tofu firm, drained and sliced
  • 4 slices Bread whole grain
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 1 medium Tomato sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the tofu slices to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. 3. Add soy sauce, garlic powder, and paprika to the tofu and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. 4. Toast the bread slices if desired.
  5. 5. Assemble the sandwich by placing tofu slices, lettuce, and tomato between the bread slices.
  6. 6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
