Main Ingredients
- 200 g Tofu firm, drained and sliced
- 4 slices Bread whole grain
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 cup Lettuce shredded
- 1 medium Tomato sliced
1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the tofu slices to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
3. Add soy sauce, garlic powder, and paprika to the tofu and cook for another 2 minutes.
4. Toast the bread slices if desired.
5. Assemble the sandwich by placing tofu slices, lettuce, and tomato between the bread slices.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
