Ingredients

  • 1 block Tofu firm, drained and cubed
  • 1 cup Cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • ¼ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds toasted
  • 2 tablespoon Green Onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine tofu, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and honey.
  3. 3. Pour the dressing over the tofu mixture and toss gently to combine.
  4. 4. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
