Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu pressed and cut into nugget-sized pieces
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Press tofu to remove excess water, then cut into nugget-sized pieces.
  3. In one bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. In another bowl, pour almond milk.
  5. In a third bowl, place breadcrumbs.
  6. Dip each tofu piece in flour mixture, then almond milk, then breadcrumbs.
  7. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
