Press tofu to remove excess water, then cut into nugget-sized pieces.
In one bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
In another bowl, pour almond milk.
In a third bowl, place breadcrumbs.
Dip each tofu piece in flour mixture, then almond milk, then breadcrumbs.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
