- 1 block firm tofu pressed and drained
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil for cooking
1. In a mixing bowl, crumble the tofu and mix with breadcrumbs, soy sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
2. Shape the mixture into 4 patties.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
4. Cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
