Thai Curry Peanut Sauce Recipe

- 1 cup Coconut milk
- ½ cup Peanut butter creamy
- 2 tablespoon Red curry paste
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- ½ teaspoon Ginger grated
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, peanut butter, and red curry paste over medium heat.
Whisk until smooth and well combined.
Add soy sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and salt. Stir well.
Simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.
