Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Chicken broth
- 1 can Coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon Red curry paste
- 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
- 1 cup Sliced mushrooms
- 1 Chicken breast, thinly sliced about 200g
- 1 Lime, juiced
- 2 tablespoon Chopped cilantro
- 1 Red chili, sliced for garnish
1. In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
2. Add the coconut milk, red curry paste, fish sauce, and brown sugar. Stir well.
3. Add the sliced mushrooms and chicken breast. Cook until the chicken is done, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Stir in the lime juice and chopped cilantro.
5. Serve hot, garnished with sliced red chili.
