Main Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast cut into strips
- ½ cup coconut milk
- 2 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon turmeric
- 1 pack wooden skewers soaked in water
Mix coconut milk, curry powder, soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, garlic, coriander, cumin, and turmeric in a bowl.
Add chicken strips to the marinade. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
Grill or broil the skewers for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
