Ingredients 

Salad Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Sirloin thinly sliced
  • 2 cups Mixed Salad Greens
  • 1 Cucumber sliced
  • 1 Red Onion thinly sliced
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper sliced
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • ¼ cup Fresh Cilantro chopped
  • ¼ cup Fresh Mint chopped

Dressing Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Grill or cook the beef sirloin in a skillet over medium-high heat until cooked to your liking. Let it rest, then slice thinly.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the salad greens, cucumber, red onion, red bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, cilantro, and mint.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together the fish sauce, lime juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, chili flakes, and minced garlic to make the dressing.
  4. 4. Add the sliced beef to the salad and pour the dressing over. Toss everything together until well combined.
  5. 5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
