Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 unit Red chili, sliced (optional)

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  2. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  3. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Stir well.
  4. Toss in basil leaves and red chili. Stir-fry for another minute.
  5. Serve hot with steamed rice.
