Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 12 whole Jalapeños large
  • 8 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 2 cups Brisket chopped
  • 12 slices Bacon
  • 1 cup Barbecue sauce

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your smoker to 250°F.
  2. Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.
  3. Mix the cream cheese and chopped brisket together in a bowl.
  4. Stuff each jalapeño half with the cream cheese and brisket mixture.
  5. Wrap each stuffed jalapeño half with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  6. Place the wrapped jalapeños on the smoker and cook for 45 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy.
  7. Brush the jalapeños with barbecue sauce and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  8. Remove from the smoker and let cool slightly before serving.
