Smoked jalapeños stuffed with brisket and cream cheese, wrapped in bacon.

- 12 whole Jalapeños large
- 8 oz Cream cheese softened
- 2 cups Brisket chopped
- 12 slices Bacon
- 1 cup Barbecue sauce
Preheat your smoker to 250°F.
Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.
Mix the cream cheese and chopped brisket together in a bowl.
Stuff each jalapeño half with the cream cheese and brisket mixture.
Wrap each stuffed jalapeño half with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
Place the wrapped jalapeños on the smoker and cook for 45 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy.
Brush the jalapeños with barbecue sauce and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Remove from the smoker and let cool slightly before serving.
