Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Salmon
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Mirin
  • 2 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, mirin, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Pour the teriyaki sauce over the salmon fillets.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Serve the salmon with steamed rice and vegetables.
