Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Salmon skinless
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cup Mirin
  • 2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 cups Cooked Rice
  • 1 cup Steamed Vegetables broccoli, carrots, etc.
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds for garnish
  • 2 stalks Green Onions sliced, for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, mirin, brown sugar, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet and brush them with the teriyaki sauce.
  4. Bake the salmon for 15-20 minutes, or until fully cooked.
  5. While the salmon is baking, prepare the rice and steam the vegetables.
  6. Assemble the bowls by placing rice at the bottom, followed by steamed vegetables, and then the baked salmon on top.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Serve immediately.
