Teriyaki Chicken Stir-Fry

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 cup Broccoli florets
- 1 cup Bell pepper sliced
- ½ cup Teriyaki sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger minced
Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Add garlic and ginger, cook for another minute.
Add broccoli and bell pepper, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
Pour in teriyaki sauce, stir to coat everything evenly. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Serve hot over rice or noodles.
