Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Bell pepper sliced
  • ½ cup Teriyaki sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger minced

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, cook for another minute.
  4. Add broccoli and bell pepper, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Pour in teriyaki sauce, stir to coat everything evenly. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
