Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken breast cut into cubes
- ½ cup Soy sauce
- ¼ cup Brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger grated
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and rice vinegar to make the marinade.
2. Add chicken cubes to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
5. Grill the skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
