- 1 lb Beef sirloin cut into cubes
- ½ cup Soy sauce
- ¼ cup Brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon Mirin
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, mirin, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil to make the marinade.
2. Add beef cubes to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4. Thread the marinated beef onto skewers.
5. Grill the skewers for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked to your liking.
