  • 4 slices Bread preferably sourdough
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese cheddar or your choice
  • 0.5 cup Tart Cherries dried
  • 1 tablespoon Butter softened
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Sage chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Butter one side of each bread slice.
  2. 2. Place two slices, buttered side down, on a skillet over medium heat.
  3. 3. Top with shredded cheese, tart cherries, and chopped sage.
  4. 4. Place the other two slices of bread on top, buttered side up.
  5. 5. Cook until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until golden and cheese is melted.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
