Tart Cherry Cheesecake Parfaits

Cheesecake Layer
- 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Heavy Cream whipped
Cherry Layer
- 1 cup Tart Cherry Pie Filling
Graham Cracker Crust
- 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
- ¼ cup Butter melted
In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
In another bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
Layer the graham cracker mixture, cheesecake mixture, and cherry pie filling in parfait glasses.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
