  • 2 medium zucchini spiralized
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth.
