  • ¼ cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon water adjust as needed
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cumin

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl, whisk together tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, and water until smooth.
  2. Add minced garlic, salt, and ground cumin. Whisk until well combined.
  3. If the dressing is too thick, add more water, a teaspoon at a time, until you reach the desired consistency.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
