  • 1 cup Tahini
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the tahini, sugar, vanilla extract, and egg. Mix until smooth.
  3. Add the baking soda and salt to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  6. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack to cool completely.
