1. Rinse the dried hibiscus flowers under cold water.
2. In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add the hibiscus flowers and simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Strain the hibiscus flowers and set aside.
4. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and cook until softened.
5. Add the chopped tomato, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes.
6. Add the hibiscus flowers to the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
7. Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
8. Serve the hibiscus mixture on the warm tortillas and enjoy!
