Swiss Chard Pasta Bake

Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz Pasta uncooked
  • 1 bunch Swiss Chard chopped
  • 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add the chopped Swiss chard to the skillet and cook until wilted.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, Swiss chard mixture, ricotta cheese, and half of the shredded mozzarella cheese. Mix well.
  6. Spread half of the marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Add the pasta mixture on top, then cover with the remaining marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
