  • 1 bunch Swiss chard chopped
  • 6 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  3. Add the chopped Swiss chard, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
