  • 2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 9-inch pie crust

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, milk, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Allow to cool before serving.
