- 2 large Sweet Potatoes spiralized
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 4 cups Kale chopped
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Add spiralized sweet potatoes and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender.
4. Add chopped kale, salt, and pepper. Cook until kale is wilted, about 3-4 minutes.
