Main Ingredients
- 2 large Sweet Potatoes peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Paprika optional
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Peel and thinly slice the sweet potatoes.
In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato slices with olive oil, salt, and paprika (if using).
Arrange the slices in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy.
Let cool before serving.
