  • 4 large sweet potatoes peeled and cut into fries
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cooked chili your favorite recipe or store-bought

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the fries out in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
  5. While the fries are baking, heat your cooked chili in a saucepan over medium heat.
  6. Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven and transfer to a serving plate.
  7. Top the fries with the heated chili and serve immediately.
