Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place sweet potato cubes on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until tender.
In a mixing bowl, mash the baked sweet potato with a fork.
Add black beans, breadcrumbs, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix well.
Form the mixture into 4 patties.
Place the patties on the baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes on each side.
