Pizza Base
- 1 piece Pizza dough store-bought or homemade
Toppings
- 1 cup Sweet corn kernels canned or fresh
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
- ½ cup Tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon Dried basil
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet.
Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
Evenly distribute the sweet corn kernels on top of the cheese.
Sprinkle the dried oregano and basil over the toppings.
Drizzle the olive oil over the pizza.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.
