Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • ½ cup Rice vinegar
  • ½ cup Water
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, combine rice vinegar, water, sugar, fish sauce, and chili flakes. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  2. 2. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Add minced garlic and simmer for another 2 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens, about 1-2 minutes.
  5. 5. Remove from heat and let it cool. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
