Ingredients

  • ½ cup Rice vinegar
  • ½ cup Brown sugar
  • ¼ cup Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine rice vinegar, brown sugar, ketchup, and soy sauce. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  2. Mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry. Add to the saucepan and stir until the sauce thickens.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.
