Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Pork tenderloin cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks drained
  • 1 cup Bell peppers cut into chunks
  • 1 cup Onion cut into chunks
  • ½ cup Ketchup
  • ¼ cup Rice vinegar
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. Add the pork and stir-fry until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add the bell peppers and onion to the wok and stir-fry until tender.
  4. Return the pork to the wok and add the pineapple chunks.
  5. In a bowl, mix together the ketchup, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Pour into the wok.
  6. Bring to a boil and then add the cornstarch mixture. Stir until the sauce thickens.
  7. Serve hot over rice.
