- 2 cups sushi rice cooked and seasoned
- 4 sheets nori
- 1 cup cucumber julienned
- 1 cup carrot julienned
- 1 cup avocado sliced
- 1 cup imitation crab shredded
1. Lay a sheet of nori on a sushi mat.
2. Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.
3. Arrange cucumber, carrot, avocado, and imitation crab in the center of the rice.
4. Roll the sushi tightly using the sushi mat, then slice in half to create burrito-sized pieces.
5. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
