  • 1 cup imitation crab shredded

Instructions

  2. 2. Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.
  3. 3. Arrange cucumber, carrot, avocado, and imitation crab in the center of the rice.
  4. 4. Roll the sushi tightly using the sushi mat, then slice in half to create burrito-sized pieces.
  5. 5. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
