Sunnyside Burger with Chipotle Aioli
A delicious burger topped with a sunny-side-up egg and chipotle aioli.

Burger
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 4 Burger Buns
- 4 Eggs
- 4 slices Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Lettuce shredded
- 1 Tomato sliced
- 1 Onion sliced
Chipotle Aioli
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce minced
- 1 teaspoon Lime Juice
- 1 clove Garlic minced
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
3. Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. Add cheese slices on top during the last minute of cooking.
4. While the burgers are cooking, fry the eggs sunny-side-up in a frying pan.
5. To make the chipotle aioli, mix mayonnaise, minced chipotle peppers, lime juice, and minced garlic in a bowl.
6. Assemble the burgers by spreading chipotle aioli on the buns, then adding lettuce, tomato, onion, the beef patty with melted cheese, and topping with a sunny-side-up egg.
