Main Ingredients
- 1 cup orzo
- 2 cups summer squash, diced
- 1 cup corn kernels fresh or frozen
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1. Cook the orzo according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Add the diced summer squash and corn kernels to the skillet. Cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Stir in the cooked orzo and grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Serve warm and enjoy!
