Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups All-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter cold and cubed
  • 0.25 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 large Egg yolk

Filling

  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 3 large Eggs

Topping

  • 2 cups Mixed fresh fruits sliced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Add cold butter and mix until crumbly. Add egg yolk and mix until dough forms.
  3. Press dough into a tart pan. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden. Let it cool.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together heavy cream, sugar, vanilla, and eggs. Pour into cooled crust.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until filling is set. Let it cool completely.
  6. Top with fresh fruits before serving.
