Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pizza dough
  • 1 cup Blackberries fresh
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup Basil leaves fresh, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet.
  4. Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Spread the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough.
  6. Distribute the blackberries over the cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh basil leaves.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve.
