Ingredients

  • 4 large Portobello mushrooms stems removed
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stuff the mushroom caps with the mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until mushrooms are tender and the topping is golden brown.
  5. Serve warm.
